WATER MAIN BREAK REPAIR
Conventional & Trenchless Main Water Line Repair in the Greater Seattle Area
Water mains and secondary water lines are out of sight and out of mind — until a leak occurs. Then they become very top of mind very quickly. Your main water line (or ‘water main’) is the pipe running from the large water line feeding your neighborhood to your property’s water meter and building. Secondary lines run inside walls and through crawl spaces, basements and attics. If you have any suspicion that your water main or any of your secondary lines are leaking and need repair or replacement, take action immediately to prevent damage to your property. Putting off secondary or main water line repair can result in the need for extensive structure repair and/or disruptive trenching and excavation!
Hearing Rumbling Sounds?
One of the first ways a water leak will reveal itself is through noises in the piping inside your home or business. Don’t just dismiss them! Schedule an inspection right away to avoid major trouble.
Seeing Water Where It Shouldn’t Be?
When a water main breaks, you might see water bubbling up into the street in front of your property, abnormally wet areas in your yard, or even the start of a sinkhole in either place. Secondary water line leaks might show up as puddles under your sink or on the floor, or as growing discoloration on walls or ceilings. If you’re seeing any of these signs, call right away to avoid extensive water damage and/or the need for waterproofing and drainage repairs.
